Standing Nature Meditation

Enjoy a standing nature meditation.

This is another form of meditation that involves taking off your shoes and socks and standing barefoot on the earth- it could be soil, sand or grass. Find a spot where you can remain standing comfortably for few moments. Wiggle your toes and feel the energy of the ground beneath you. Breathe deeply to draw that power upward into your body.
Close your eyes, relaxing into the rhythm of your breath and heartbeat. Listen to the sounds of nature and notice your thoughts and feelings.
Allow the peaceful spirit of nature for soothing and reviving you.
