The month of August is ruled by Saturn as it is the 8th month of the year. Saturn being a malefic and a slow moving planet gives inordinate delays but this year it is more so as it is currently retrograde in scorpio. The movement of saturn in the house of mars does not bode well in terms of general happy events as they are not friends. Mars is a fiery planet which translates into bombs, bloodshed, wars and violence of all kind whereas Saturn gives public unrest, the working class problems and general depression. 

This would improve when Saturn would go direct from 25th August and finally reach the next sign on 27th october 2017. This would end the sade-sati of Libra moon sign and start the sade-sati of Capricorn. Another major planet Jupiter too would be moving to the sign Libra in september. This would give monetary results again pertaining to your birth chart. All these movements of slow moving planets would give major changes in the month of october going right upto July next year.

So brace yourself for both good and bad phases depending on your birth chart but do not forget to pray. Prayers can lower the intensity of pain and increase the happiness of good times.
